Philosophy
We believe that for business computer training to be relevant on the job, the student must not only be exposed to the keystrokes, but when confronted with a problem, be able to apply the appropriate rule, method, or principle without having to be shown how.  How can this be accomplished?  One technique we use is to focus on concepts, not just on keystrokes.

Open Enrollment Seminars - Conducted in our own computer training centers in Seattle, Tacoma, and Renton, Washington, regularly scheduled seminars are offered to individuals on a wide variety of software applications including Microsoft Office; Windows 2000 Server installation, administration, and network management; and Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, PageMaker, and Illustrator.  We offer more levels than any other computer training organization for many software products.  Most computer training seminars are one day in length (8:30am-4:30pm); the Windows 2000 Server seminars run up to five days.  Each student works on his/her own computer and receives a reference manual to take with him/her. Corporate Group Computer Training - If you have a number of students who need computer training on the same software, call for information on group training sessions.  We can come to your site or conduct your seminar at one of our computer training centers in Seattle, Tacoma, Renton, Washington. We provide training to large groups throughout the Northwest including Everett, Bellevue, Washington, Alaska, Portland, and other parts of Oregon. Our training consultants are experts at evaluating your software training needs and assisting you in customizing the topics for your class at no extra charge.  Contact us today for information and pricing. Small Group Computer Training - One-on-one and small group computer training sessions are available on a variety of topics or software applications. We provide training to small groups throughout the Northwest including Seattle, Tacoma, Renton, Everett, and Bellevue, Washington, Alaska, Portland, and other parts of Oregon.
Room Rental
We rent our fully-equipped, computer training rooms at very reasonable rates. The Tacoma computer training center has two rooms with up to 12 workstations with high-speed DSL Internet access.  The Renton center has one room with 12 workstations.  Contact RAMCO for more details.

Pre Class Computer needs assessment tools summarize each student's level of expertise on each software application and help determine computer training needs. Course pre-tests are short, self-administered tests of the student's knowledge of prerequisite software topics. Seminar outlines and abstracts give detailed information on seminar topics and content. Post Class Free online support on any topic covered in any seminar. Free seminar repeat, on a space-available basis, for up to three months (90 days) on current software versions. Tracking reports provide information to coordinators and managers on seminar attendance. Unique Satisfaction Guarantee - If you are not satisfied with your seminar, you may repeat the seminar within 90 days on a space available basis, or we will happily refund your class fee. RAMCO developed courseware is sold nationally on a per-book basis or licensed for in-house computer training.  Most student kits include a reference manual, quick reference card, and data. (Data is available as a convenient download from our web site.) Training manuals are designed to be easily customized -- you can do it or we can do it for you.  RAMCO's unique modular format allows you to modify a course to meet your specific training needs by using selected modules, rearranging modules, or adding proprietary data to class files. RAMCO can be involved in your customization by advising, reviewing, formatting, or even making your changes.  We can even use your custom covers in your publishing process.
