Courseware Order Terms

Courseware Authorization of Use:  RAMCO Consulting Services, Inc. does not authorize use of these course materials in the state of Washington without written permission.

Courseware Handling Charges:  When processing a courseware order, RAMCO may charge a handling fee based on the number of books ordered which is in addition to the shipping fee charged by the shipper.

Courseware Shipping Charges:

• Orders will be processed within two business days from the date of order if received by 12pm on the day the order is placed.  A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm PST and does not include Federal Holidays.
• A Rush Charge of $25 or 10% of the order, whichever is greater, applies to any order that requires delivery of books to a customer location in less than 4 business days from the date of order to meet the customer’s deadline.  All orders ship Ground unless otherwise specified.

Courseware Order Agreement:  A signed Courseware Order Agreement constitutes the contract for purchase of materials and/or site licenses by clients.

Courseware Site License Agreement:  A signed courseware Site License Agreement is required for courseware licenses to clients and must accompany a signed Courseware Order Agreement for fulfillment.

Payment:  Prepayment for an order is required prior to courseware delivery unless the client has established an account for billing with RAMCO Software Training.

• The RAMCO Courseware Order Agreement is the only acceptable contract for ordering courseware materials, except for companies with whom RAMCO has a master contract.
• Company check, EFT, or a credit card can be used for payment of the face value of an invoice.  Discounts for cash payments may apply.

Courseware Order Cancellation / Return:  RAMCO accepts returns for current version materials only (the current version refers to the most current software version for which RAMCO Software Training offers training curriculum).  Returns for current versions received by RAMCO within 30 days of the invoice date will be credited to the customer for future orders.  There are no returns on site licenses, customized materials, or Instructor Kits/Manuals.  All materials received by RAMCO must be in saleable condition.

• If RAMCO receives written notice of cancellation of an order: prior to printing of the materials on the order, the client is not liable for any fees
• After printing of the order but prior to shipping of the materials, the client is liable for 50% of the value of the order excluding shipping fees
• After printing of the order and shipping of the materials, the client is liable for 50% of the value of the order and for all shipping (both to and from client) and handling fees Standard return policies apply for current versions of the course materials.

Courseware Customization:  RAMCO will provide customization of existing courseware.  Fees for customization will be at prevailing customization service rates.  RAMCO must have a signed customization agreement prior to beginning work on customization of training materials.  There are no returns on customized materials.
