Policies |
If you are not satisfied with your class, you may repeat the class within 90 days on a space available basis. Simply call our office no more than four business days before the date of the class you would like to attend in order to confirm space availability and to register for your free retake. Students repeating classes are required to bring their original student manual.
Post-class help provides assistance to students on any topic covered in the class(es) he/she attended. This policy, along with the student reference manual and free repeat policy, ensures that students are provided with support as they apply their new skills to their actual work back at the office.
Our liberal free repeat policy allows you to repeat any class for free in order to review the information you learned in your initial class. Our policy is as follows:
Free class repeat, on a space-available basis, for up to three months (90 days) on current software versions. Please contact our office if you are running late for a class. If you arrive to class more than 15 minutes late, your seat may be given to a waiting student. If you arrive more than one hour late, you may not be allowed to attend the class based on instructor discretion regarding the impact on the class. Payment is due in full, whether you attend or not, per our cancellation policy
RAMCO accepts company check, RAMCO vouchers, VISA, MC, and AMEX. You will receive an invoice attached to your confirmation email. Checks and vouchers should be sent to the address at the bottom of this page on or before the day of class (except for those companies which have been pre-approved). Credit cards will be charged and a receipt sent by mail.
Application Class Cancellation Policy: Your registration reserves a space in class for you if space is available. To release your registration, you must cancel or reschedule at least four or more working days prior to the class date to be eligible for a refund of the class fee or to apply it to a new class. If you cancel or reschedule on any of the three working days prior to class, on or after the day of class, or do not attend the class, the class fee must be fully paid and is non-refundable and non-transferable to a new class date. Another option is to send a substitute to use your registration. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email from us, please contact our office.
Technical Class Cancellation Policy: Your registration reserves a space in class for you if space is available. To release your registration, you must cancel or reschedule at least ten or more working days prior to the first day of class to be eligible for a refund of the class fee. If you cancel or reschedule between five and nine business days prior to the first day class, a processing fee equal to 25% of the class fee is owed. If you cancel or reschedule on any of the nine business days prior to the first day of class, or do not attend class, the class fee must be fully paid and is non-refundable and non-transferable to a new class date. Another option is to send a substitute to use your registration. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email from us, please contact our office.
RAMCO Cancels a Class: It is necessary on occasion for RAMCO to cancel a class. In the event a class is cancelled, you will be notified and every effort will be made to meet your training needs. Payment will be refunded or applied to another class per your instructions.
Dedicated Corporate Classes at a RAMCO Campus: If RAMCO receives written notice of cancellation at least 15 business days prior to (not including) the first class date, the client will be entitled to a refund of up to 100% of the full contracted class fee. If the client does not provide written notice or cancels on any of the 14 business days prior to (not including) the first class date, the full contracted class fee is owed. All cancellation notices must be made to the RAMCO Operations Coordinator at scheduler@ramco-training.com or by fax at 253-922-6041. Customer must receive written confirmation that RAMCO received cancellation notification for change to be deemed as accepted.
Dedicated Corporate Classes at Customer Site: If RAMCO receives written notice of cancellation at least 10 business days prior to (not including) the first class date, the client will be entitled to a refund of up to 100% of the full contracted class fee. If the client does not provide written notice or cancels on any of the 9 business days prior to (not including) the first contracted class date, the full contracted class fee is owed. All cancellation notices must be made to the RAMCO Operations Coordinator at scheduler@ramco-training.com or by fax at 253-922-6041. Customer must receive written confirmation that RAMCO received cancellation notification for change to be deemed as accepted.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.
Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing us at the above address.Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them, financial information (e.g., credit card account information) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by write to us at the above address.
Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information, transaction information, communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to the site. Consumers can have this information corrected by calling us at the above telephone number.
With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
