Application Class Cancellation Policy: Your registration reserves a space in class for you if space is available. To release your registration, you must cancel or reschedule at least four or more working days prior to the class date to be eligible for a refund of the class fee or to apply it to a new class. If you cancel or reschedule on any of the three working days prior to class, on or after the day of class, or do not attend the class, the class fee must be fully paid and is non-refundable and non-transferable to a new class date. Another option is to send a substitute to use your registration. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email from us, please contact our office.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your class, you may repeat the class as described in the Free class repeat policy that follows.

Free class repeat, on a space-available basis, for up to three months (90 days) on current software versions. After students have taken the class and applied some of their new knowledge on the job, a refresher course offers the opportunity to cement their new skills and attain a more in-depth understanding, as well as acquire more tips and tricks. You may free repeat an instructor-led class you attended, on a space-available basis, for up to three months (90 days), from your original class date. Simply call our office before the date of the class you would like to attend in order to confirm current availability and to register for your free retake benefit. When you register to attend for your free class, you are not GUARANTEED a space in the class if the class becomes full with new students.  You will be notified before the date of the class if there is not space available for you.  When you attend, please remember to bring your book from the previous class you attended; there will be no extra books on hand.

Online Class Technical Requirements: For our live, online training, we require that each student is equipped with the following hardware and software:

• The software being taught (please verify the version number)
• A browser (it does it matter which browser or version)
• A flash player (if you currently do not have flash player, it can be downloaded for free from the Adobe site)
• Internet access with at least broadband or DSL connection
• Phone preferably with a speaker (communication can also occur using speakers and microphone on student computer, otherwise phone bridge will be provided)
