Application Class Cancellation Policy: Your registration reserves a space in class for you if space is available. To release your registration, you must cancel or reschedule at least four or more working days prior to the class date to be eligible for a refund of the class fee or to apply it to a new class. If you cancel or reschedule on any of the three working days prior to class, on or after the day of class, or do not attend the class, the class fee must be fully paid and is non-refundable and non-transferable to a new class date. Another option is to send a substitute to use your registration. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email from us, please contact our office.

Free class repeat, on a space-available basis, for up to three months (90 days) on current software versions. After students have taken the class and applied some of their new knowledge on the job, a refresher course offers the opportunity to cement their new skills and attain a more in-depth understanding, as well as acquire more tips and tricks.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your class, you may repeat the class within 90 days on a space available basis. Simply call our office no more than four business days before the date of the class you would like to attend in order to confirm space availability and to register for your free retake. Students repeating classes are required to bring their original student manual.
