Staff Profile

Joseph has been a software trainer and business consultant since 1985.  His down-to-earth approach and sense of humor make his classes more interesting to students.  “Joseph has patience and a good sense of humor which makes the subject matter more interesting.”--Anna Marie Sannes, Cook Inlet Processing. Joseph teaches a variety of desktop publishing, word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs on both PC and MAC platforms.  He has the unique ability to make the novice feel comfortable while keeping the expert interested and involved.  New users appreciate his patience.  Advanced students benefit from his extensive knowledge,  “Joseph did an excellent job of adjusting his class to each student’s different skill level.” --Beth Hamilton, Seattle Solid Waste Utility. A corporate trainer to Fortune 500 companies in the banking, airlines and oil industries, Joseph has developed training programs in the use of integrated financial software systems.  He has also developed and implemented custom software applications for a variety of businesses.  These projects included comprehensive database management systems and integrated spreadsheet applications.  He also provided extensive end-user and follow-up training. Joseph is the second of two RAMCO instructors who have recently returned to our instructor team, and we are thrilled to have him back!
