Open enrollment classes are regularly scheduled, computer training classes offered to individuals on a wide variety of software. These classes are a great way for companies to supplement group training or to have many employees trained without having everyone out of the office at once. We offer more levels than any other computer training organization for many software products. Most classes are one day in length (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). Each student has his/her own workstation and time for independent, hands-on practice. Corporate group training classes are offered for a group of your employees at our training centers or at your site using your own computers. Group training can easily be customized to meet the specific, training needs of your group. We can even apply your own business examples to the exercises or throughout the class. This option allows for the greatest amount of training customization based on the individual needs of the students. Experienced educators help students learn more because they understand the challenges students face in the learning process. All RAMCO instructors have business experience on the programs they teach. Consultants to business and industry give ideas and examples in class that come from real world experience, making computer training more interesting and relevant to students. Authors of courseware teach students valuable tips and tricks of the software which, as developers, they learn during courseware development research. Needs Assessment Tools help you save money by identifying specific job tasks that require software training in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, thus providing superior value for your training dollar. Course pretest ensures that students are in the appropriate class for their current skill and experience level. Class outline and abstract shows students exact topics and content to be covered in class. Abstract provides a quick, self-assessment for determining prerequisite skills, as well as training objectives, which describe the skills students should gain from the class. These features help ensure that students are taking the appropriate class for their specific skill requirements. Post-class help provides assistance to students on any topic covered in class. This policy, along with the student reference manual, ensures that students are provided with support as they apply their new skills to their actual work back at the office. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your class, you may repeat the class as described in the Free class repeat policy that follows. Free class repeat, on a space-available basis, for up to three months (90 days) on current software versions. After students have taken the class and applied some of their new knowledge on the job, a refresher course offers the opportunity to cement their new skills and attain a more in-depth understanding, as well as acquire more tips and tricks. You may free repeat an instructor-led class you attended, on a space-available basis, for up to three months (90 days), from your original class date. Simply call our office before the date of the class you would like to attend in order to confirm current availability and to register for your free retake benefit. When you register to attend for your free class, you are not GUARANTEED a space in the class if the class becomes full with new students.  You will be notified before the date of the class if there is not space available for you.  When you attend, please remember to bring your book from the previous class you attended; there will be no extra books on hand. Tracking reports provide training coordinators with records on student attendance.
