Voucher Program

What are vouchers?
Vouchers are prepaid coupons that can be redeemed for training classes. Customers benefit from vouchers by getting classes at a volume discount and by paying for many classes on a single invoice, saving money on both training and administrative costs.

Voucher Redemption
Vouchers are valid for redemption within one year from their date of purchase. Please notify RAMCO that you will be using a voucher when you register your students or indicate on the web registration form that you will be using a voucher. It is the client's responsibility to notify RAMCO at the time of registration to use the voucher. Vouchers should be presented to the instructor on the day of class or mailed to the RAMCO office before the day of class. Vouchers may not be used as partial or applied payments for classes not covered by full voucher redemption. A separate payment must be made for those classes not eligible for Voucher redemption.

This offer not valid with any other offers or corporate discounts; excludes all Adobe classes.

Voucher and Standard Class Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
To cancel or reschedule your registration, we ask that you notify us at least 4 or more business days prior to the class date. In the event that you cannot attend, you may send a substitute student to take your place. If you cancel or reschedule on any of the 3 working days prior to the class date, after the day of class, do not send a substitute or do not attend the class, the class fee is fully owed, is not refundable and is not transferable to another class.

The following open enrollment courses are eligible for Tier 1 Voucher redemption:

• Windows Level 1
• Principles of Database Design
• Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, FrontPage, Outlook Level 1 & Level 2
• Effective Information Management with Outlook
• Dreamweaver Level 1 & Level 2 (three vouchers required per class, per student)

The following open enrollment courses are eligible for Tier 2 Voucher redemption:

• Office 2007 New Features
• Word, Excel, Access Level 3
• Publisher Level 1
• SharePoint Designer 2007 Level 1
• Visio Level 1
• Project Level 2
• Project Management Fundamentals
• Effective Information Management with Outlook 2003
• Access Reports/Forms (two vouchers required per class, per student)
• Project Level 1 (two vouchers required per class, per student)
• VBA Programming for Microsoft Office (four vouchers required per class, per student)

Customers who have purchased vouchers are entitled to a 10% discount on courses not covered under voucher redemption terms. The discount is in effect during the time the customer holds non-expired vouchers.
